I think it's great and inspiring that there is interest and creative effort for such a wide spectrum of her work. There's fanfic for objectively little known novels and short stories. :)
I like the trend (if two new canons counts as a trend) of work appearing for Sutcliff stuff that hasn't been fanficced before. One thing I'd hope to see is fanworks for sources that have no fanworks yet. The other is crossovers between different Sutcliff sources.
