He probably has, but his blog goes so far back it can be hard to sort through it all. I'm always learning things and then discovering that he already posted about it ten years ago.
Go for it if you feel like it, but no farther than you feel like it! It's only idle curiosity on my part, after all.
Oh hey, new editions, that's cool! I think it'll be the first official e-book release for a couple of those.
