Knight's Fee, Walck edition: The first word of each chapter is capitalized, but only the first letter is a full cap; the rest are small caps. I've no idea how OCR programs would deal with that.
Sword at Sunset, Coward-McCann edition: This one's a ringer. Each chapter starts with a drop cap; the rest of the first word is capitalized.
We really need to see some FSG editions, don't we?
