Round Two is running a little late, but it's never too late to party in Sutcliff-land - it's all bygones anyway! (You can still post your submissions for prompts from Round One.) Without further ado -

Welcome to Round Two of Sutcliff Monthly, a low-key, prompt-based fanmedia challenge for all kinds of fan creations based on the works by Rosemary Sutcliff! (Here are our Rules & FAQ.) To participate, simply create a fanwork of your choice based on any kind of Sutcliff-related canon for one or multiple prompts from this round.

ROUND TWO PROMPTS (Saying, Music & Image):

I Saying: Cum catapultae proscriptae erunt tum soli proscripti catapultas habebunt. (When catapults are outlawed, only outlaws will have catapults.)
